Our mission is to support Missouri's diverse farmers and artisan food producers by providing a high-quality outlet for consumers. The Root Cellar is home to Missouri's bounty of fresh vegetables, fruit, meats, eggs, dairy, dried goods and canned goods. Our products tell the story of Missouri's farmers: rice from the Bootheel, bacon and beef from the plains, salad greens from the rolling hills of the Missouri River. In addition, we carry a limited number of fair trade products from outside the state.
Root Cellar used the CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen to process crops from across Missouri.
