The City of Columbia will begin mill and overlay operations on several streets in Columbia including Jewell Avenue from Business Loop 70 to West Forest Avenue.
Crews will work daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and all work is expected to be completed by 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, weather permitting. NOTE: Many streets will be included in this project so look for the posted "No Parking" signs at least 24 hours in advance. These signs will have the dates and times for each road listed.
Temporary lane closures will be necessary while crews are working. One lane will remain open to traffic at all times.
