Maker Workshops

The goal of our Maker City Economic Development Plan is to fosters local, small-scale manufacturing as a way to revitalize The Loop and create new economic opportunities. We introduced our regular Maker Workshops--usually done in cooperation with one of our three shared spaces on the street--as a way to help start-up businesses by sharing expertise on issues such as marketing, product photography, permitting, branding and more.

We're now filming these workshops and putting them on YouTube to reach a wider range of makers, cooks, artisans, and other small businesses. In addition to the workshops, we're also adding training videos on various CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen equipment. Visit our YouTube channel or browse the selection below.
