Primitive Soul is a band of old pros from the mid-Missouri music scene.

All of the members are former professional musicians who grew up and got responsible but never got over the pure adrenaline rush of playing live rockin' blues for a crowded room of partying people. They did it for a living, now they do it because they love it.

Primitive Soul offers a unique assortment of music from legendary "classic rock" acts, underappreciated bands that never achieved stardom but were darlings of the critics, and contemporary artists that carry on the spirit of some of rock and blues most enduring successes.
