The City has also received a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant to complete a Road Safety Audit of the Business Loop 70. This will allow us to take a deeper dive into the current issues with safe travel--cars, pedestrians, and bikes--along the corridor and make some detailed recommendations for proven safety measures that can be incorporated into the larger plan.
This project has a smaller scope and the goal is to start the process as quickly as possible (everyone would like to conduct the study while Hickman High and MACC Community College students are still in session).
