Build it On The Loop

Interested in breaking ground on The Loop?

We’ve got a great collection of Saturday morning retail, home improvement, auto sales and servicing, lunch joints, and local makers—and we’d love to find a space for you.

Our 10-yearLoop  Corridor plan is focused on public infrastructure improvements, beautification, and accessiblity and walkabilty.  And our Econcomic Development plan is focused on what we do best--fix, build, and make things. We're encouraging private development, recruiting a diverse mix of businesses, and using three new shared workspaces to incubate start-up businesses.

So whether you’re looking to start a business or searching for a creative development project, we're here to help.
