Bake a pie with help from CoMo Cooks!

Baking pumpkin pies from scratch is simple with some tips from Trish Sieckmann, our CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen manager. Watch her quick how-to video for some holiday inspiration.

Trish shows how to slice, clean, bake, and puree pumpkins for your holiday pies. She's using top-of-the-line equipment from our shared kitchen, including a Vitamix 1 Gallon Heavy Duty Blender, to process pumpkins for pies. She also has tips on how to bag, label, and freeze pureed pumpkins and other winter squash.
