The 15-day closure of Creasy Springs Road at Business Loop and the opening of the new roundabout on Business Loop to the north of I-70 has been pushed back to 5 a.m. on Thursday morning due to the weather. The road closure and roundabout opening were originally scheduled to occur this morning.
