The Loop CID is hosting an informative session on how to prevent and handle kitchen fires. Columbia's very own Fire Marshal will lead the workshop. Learn about the Ansul fire suppression system, hood ventilation, the correct way to use a fire extinguisher, and general kitchen safety. Learn essential tips and techniques to keep your kitchen safe while cooking.
This in-person workshop will take place on Monday, July 22 at 1:30 pm at the CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen at 14 Business Loop E.
