Yes, she trained at the Culinary Art Institute of Charleston, was named Southern Missouri Chef of the Year, and was a World Food Championships Competitor. And yes, she's lent her skills to Broadway Brewery, Harpo's, and the Roots 'n Blues BBQ Festival. But did you know she won the 417 Beer and Burger Wars with a cracked black pepper biscuit bun with a barbecue pulled pork burger topped with sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, a fried green tomato and Hollandaise sauce?
