NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE BUSINESS LOOP COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT RATE
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Board of the Business Loop Community Improvement District, to be held during their Annual Meeting (via Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88070031589) on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. to give all citizens and interested parties an opportunity to be heard in relation to setting of the special assessment rate based on the value of real property for the Business Loop Community Improvement District for 2022 to fund the District’s FY 2023 Annual Budget.
Be further notified that the assessed valuation by category of real and other tangible property in the Business Loop Community Improvement District for FY2023 for which the 2022 special assessment rate is to be levied as follows:

Be further notified that the assessed valuation by category of real and other tangible property in the Business Loop Community Improvement District for the preceding taxable year (2021 tax year) is as follows:

Be further notified that the amount of revenue required to be provided from the property tax to satisfy the revenue requirements of the proposed Business Loop Community Improvement District FY 2023 Annual Budget is as follows:

Be further notified that the special assessment rate proposed to be set for the 2022 Business Loop Community Improvement District property assessment is 0.4778 cents per $100 assessed valuation. This represents no change in assessment rate.
