Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Board of the Business Loop Community Improvement District, to be held during their Annual Meeting on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at 14 Business Loop 70 East, Columbia, MO 65203 to give all citizens and interested parties an opportunity to be heard in relation to setting of the special assessment rate based on the value of real property for the Business Loop Community Improvement District for 2025 to fund the District’s FY 2026 Annual Budget.
Be further notified that the assessed valuation by category of real and other tangible property in the Business Loop Community Improvement District for FY2026 for which the 2025 special assessment rate is to be levied as follows:
