Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Board of the Business Loop Community Improvement District, to be held during their Annual Meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at 14 Business Loop 70 East, Columbia, MO 65203 to give all citizens and interested parties an opportunity to be heard in relation to setting of the special assessment rate based on the value of real property for the Business Loop Community Improvement District for 2026 to fund the District’s FY 2027 Annual Budget.
Be further notified that the assessed valuation by category of real and other tangible property in the Business Loop Community Improvement District for FY2027 for which the 2026 special assessment rate is to be levied as follows:

Be further notified that the amount of revenue required to be provided from the property tax to satisfy the revenue requirements of the proposed Business Loop Community Improvement District FY 2027 Annual Budget is as follows:

Be further notified that the special assessment rate proposed to be set for the 2026 Business Loop Community Improvement District property assessment is 0.4778 cents per $100 assessed valuation. This represents no change in assessment rate.
