MoDOT Announces Public Comment Period for Permanent I-70 Ramp Closure in Columbia
As part of the overall improvements currently under construction at Conley Road and Business Loop 70 in Columbia and in conjunction with the Conley Road Transportation Development District, the Missouri Department of Transportation has issued a permit to allow the permanent closure and removal of the Business Loop 70 on-ramp to eastbound Interstate 70.
MoDOT announced today that the public is invited to provide comments on the ramp closure at the following address:

Public Comment: I-70 East On-Ramp

Jefferson City, MO 65109
Public comments submitted to MoDOT by mail must be postmarked by Wednesday,
June 27. An online public comment form is also available HERE.
MoDOT anticipates the Business Loop 70 to eastbound I-70 ramp removal will take place this summer. MoDOT will notify the public in advance of the ramp closure through a press release, social media channels, and electronic message boards.
