The Loop Community Improvement District directs resources to programs that fulfill our goal of creating a street that is safe, vibrant, healthy, and welcoming to all.
We have a comprehensive economic development plan to attract local, small-scale manufacturers to the area and these guide our efforts. We also created a concept plan for the corridor and we recently partnered with the City of Columbia on the next phase, a comprehensive planning study focused on infrastructure, storm water management, and other engineering needs.
We had long advocated for the north-south running MKT-Parkade Bike Boulevard and the east-west spur along Austin St. to Hickman High.
